Home visits
Around 90 minute consultations in the comfort of your own home. Session will cover full feeding assessment, oral assessment if necessary, feeding plan if necessary, all your questions answered and ongoing support on whatsapp for 2 weeks. Follow-up session available if necessary.

HOLISTIC SLEEP SUPPORT
Holistic sleep coaching combines evidenced based and gentle suggestions to help understand, cope and hopefully improve your little one’s sleep. I will never suggest options that undermine attachment or breastfeeding and I value safe bed sharing.

ANTENATAL
It is so important to learn all about lactation, breastfeeding and baby behaviour before your baby arrives. Research shows you are much more likely to have a positive start to breastfeeding if you have had some antenatal education.
I offer a Preparing to Breastfeed prerecorded workshop, a 1:1 videocall plus a variety of antenatal/postnatal packages
